Book an Intensive
How do I book an Intensive?
Fill out the registration form below.
You will receive a response either via email or phone informing you if your selected dates are available.
After a start date and treatment times are confirmed, you will receive a payment link through Stripe via email or text. A deposit is required to finalize the booking of your Intensive.
Intake forms will be sent to you to complete and the remaining payment will be due prior to the start of the first session.
